A friend of mine applied for work at a phone-sex place and sent me the employee orientation manual. Yes, a manual on how to be a phone-sex operator. This is my idea of technical writing! Sure, my Red Carpet Enterprise manual has just broken 100 pages, with no end in sight, but this is… ummm… exciting. I think.

Fetish Calls
The fetish may be to a specific body part (feet) or an object (lingerie). Think of a fetish like placing an order at McDonalds: they come in different sizes: small, medium, and large. Try to quickly assess what size order the caller is placing with you.
Small Fetish – The mildest form of the fetish. The caller is realistic about it, and will even laugh about it. He may display embarrassment about it. These are very general easy calls and they like to just simply discuss their fetish.
Medium Fetish – The caller is pretty intense about his fetish, and it he will take it further than a man who has a small fetish, but not to the extreme. He is still experimenting and will be looking for your input and creativity. These callers want to interact with you about their fetish, and they want to learn what YOU know about it.
Large Fetish – Expect to work much harder. This caller is extremely into his fetish, more then he is intoyou. For example a caller with a foot fetish does not care if you are blond or brunette. He is interested inthe color of your toenails. He has probably has real life experiences with his fetish. They are very specific and will tell you exactly how to act out their fantasy. If you wander off into your own style, they will lead you right back to where THEY want thecall. Often these men do most of the talking, becausethey know exactly what they want!
