Secretly Ironic 
30 cm of snow in El Alto on Monday, some power lines were down, flights were canceled, and even some roofs fell (granted we’re not talking about top notch constructions). so maybe gloves too…but we can always get you some alpaca mitts once you are here.
On the bright side, we have bread again as it appears the bread-makers strike is over or at least coming to an end.
