I sent in my entry to the Twentysomething Essays By Twentysomething Writers almost as soon as the contest opened, about a year ago. Galleys reached Bookdwarf today and as you might imagine, I’m not one of the winners.

Secretly Ironic 
Pray, could we have your essay?
Now that I’ve just turned 30, I can read it, shake my head slowly and sigh, “these young ones today”.
